This is a real customer eeivrw retrieved from Amazon.co.uk.Review by A. Ruette for Rating: This product allows people to purchase items from the Playstation Network Store. Although some people might think this is only for the Sony PlayStation 3 Slim Console (120GB Model) it also works for the Sony PSP Go! Console (Black) other PSP units.Currently, if you were to fund these on your credit card it would cost you a320. Amazon.co.uk allows you to buy these for less than that! There are currently 2 options in the UK for the PSN card. This one at a320 or the more expensive PlayStation Network Card a350 (PS3). The a320 has a small percentage off where as the a350 is full whack but I'm sure Amazon will have some fantastic deals for Christmas.The great thing about the PSN card as it could be a great Present for someone, either birthday or Christmas. What you received is a PS3 game box and inside is a single card with a scratch off panel. If you are handing this as a present to someone you can wrap it up and it will look just like a PS3 game which may lead to some disappointment but if you are posting to someone you can send them just the single bit of card and save yourself some money. There are 5 simple instructions which tell you how to redeem the vouchers. These are on the card but also on the back of the box if you need them.My only concern would be that is explains Expires 12 months from date of purchase which isn't clear if that is my purchase date or the date they are redeemed on the PSN. The card has a unique code under the scratch panel but otherwise there is only a bar-code on the outer box and this is the same on all boxes so I'm unsure how Sony could tell when I purchased? The box is sealed in the standard Playstation way so how would they know? I've given then 5 stars mainly because they do exactly what you expect. If Amazon could it would be great if they did a further discounted version which allowed them to email you the code but reduce the purchase price accordingly. I think they might in the future but as this is early days of the PSN cards I think we should be grateful for what we have! |
